The Egyptian Dar Al Iftaa considered that storing and monopolizing vaccines for the new Corona virus is a “major sin,” and pointed out the need for “not tolerating the monopolist in his crime.”
And she said in a statement on Sunday evening: “It is forbidden by law to store immunity drugs and other vitamins included in the protocols for treating Corona, or other diseases, without the need for them in anticipation of increasing their price later.”
She explained that “this act is a major sin, because of the restriction and harm it inflicts on people.”
And she indicated that “storing medicines in this way in times of crisis is not only inconsistent with the meanings of mercy, cooperation and sympathy that the true Islamic religion advocated, but it also contains conclusive evidence of its owner’s scarcity and his shortcomings in societal responsibility towards the people of his country carrying the virus.”
