The council also referred to a rule that “public need attains the status of a special necessity, as this disease has been singled out for many diseases with its rapid spread and infection, and the great damage and corruption it inflicts on lives, money and other benefits to people, if the treatment was not given by this vaccine.” A necessity in the right of everyone, as he is a general pilgrim in the right of all creation. “
With regard to the effectiveness of the vaccine and the side effects that may result from it, the council clarified that the reference for determining the effectiveness of the vaccine, the nature of the components and the level of side effects is referred to medical specialists and experts from reliable research centers.
He added: “Medication is sometimes ruled obligatory, and if the jurists have preferred in their books that he is a delegate, perhaps that was due to the presumption of benefit in the medicine, and the weakness of the possibility. As for contemporary medicines whose benefit has become definitive or often, it is more likely that they become like all other means of salvation. A person must do it to preserve his life. “
