Algerian Adel Amrouche, coach of the Tanzania national team, announced the final list of players who will compete in the 2023 African Nations Championship scheduled for Ivory Coast.
Amroush excluded from Tanzania’s final list (consisting of 25 players) Ali Samatta, the Greek PAOK striker and top scorer for the Tanzanian national team.
Tanzania is participating in the Africa Cup of Nations finals for the third time in its history.
The Tanzanian national team will play during the continental finals in Group Six alongside the teams of Morocco, Zambia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
