(CNN) –– Get ready to learn more about the life of Prince Harry and Meghan, the Dukes of Sussex.
Netflix released the first official trailer for the “Harry & Meghan” docuseries.
“Why did you want to make this documentary?” the couple is asked during the trailer, before a series of photos of the two in public and private moments surface.
“No one sees what happens behind closed doors,” Prince Harry is heard saying. “I had to do everything possible to protect my family.”
Then Meghan comes on camera and says, “When the stakes are so high, doesn’t it make more sense to hear our story from us?”
Netflix called the production “an unprecedented and profound documentary series.”
“Over six episodes, the series explores the clandestine days of their early courtship and the challenges that led them to feel compelled to step away from their full-time roles at the institution,” a press release states.
“With commentary from friends and family, most of whom have never before spoken publicly about what they witnessed, and historians looking at the current state of the British Commonwealth and the royal family’s relationship with the press, the series does more than focus on the love story of a couple, as a portrait of our world and how we treat each other”.
No release date has been announced yet, but the “Harry & Meghan” docuseries is coming “soon,” Netflix said.
