Kosovo’s highest court on Monday ruled that parliament in June voted illegal, leading the country toward early elections.
The Constitutional Court of Kosovo said that the election of the government of Prime Minister Abdullah Hoti in June did not “comply with the third paragraph of Article 95” of the constitution.
The court asked the president of the country to set a date for new elections.
