Yemeni sources had reported dozens of deaths in fierce battles between the Yemeni government forces and the Houthis in the Marib Governorate.
On Saturday, Agence France-Presse quoted government military sources as confirming that these battles left 90 people dead on both sides during the past 24 hours, indicating that government forces and clans loyal to them lost 32 of their fighters, in addition to dozens of wounded.
In addition, the Houthis continue their military advance that they launched in early February in an effort to control Marib.
