Muhammad Ali Al-Houthi, a member of the Supreme Political Council of the “Ansar Allah” Houthi movement in Yemen, held the United Nations responsible for any oil spill that might occur in the oil tanker “Safer”.
In a tweet via Twitter, Al-Houthi wrote: “I want to know the length of the bodies of the United Nations experts so that they demand to secure a circle of half a six nautical mile around a Safer tanker, as an additional condition impeding the implementation of what was signed.”
He added that “the United Nations’ continuing to set conditions outside the agreement is a crime, inaction, obstruction, and indifference to environmental pollution in the event that a leakage results in a safer.”
He continued, “We hold them responsible for any leakage.”
