Regarding the search for solutions to supply water to the Monterrey metropolitan area, Governor Samuel García Sepúlveda explained that he was in Mexico City this Tuesday, April 5, and went to the offices of Banobras, Fonadin, Conagua and the Ministry of Communications and Transportation (SCT) to follow up on the agreements with the President of the Republic on the Libertad dam and other projects.

The Potosí River rises in Cerro El Potosí in New Lion and then it joins the Pablillo River, acquires the name of Río Conchos, on the border of Nuevo León and Tamaulipas, then passes through the municipality of San Fernando, from where it takes that name.
