Earlier today, the “Times of Israel” newspaper revealed that 9 Israeli drivers participated in the 43rd Dakar Rally, which was organized earlier this month in Saudi Arabia, despite the ban on Israelis traveling to the Kingdom.
The newspaper said that Tel Aviv has long established secret relations with Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Arab states, and they have strengthened in recent years, to counter the threat of Iran.
