For his part, Hamas leader Osama Hamdan denied – yesterday, Friday – Israeli media reports that spoke of negotiations to release the prisoners.
Hamdan said, in statements to Al Jazeera, that a complete and final ceasefire in the Gaza Strip is what is required before delving into any proposal regarding the prisoners.
