The Utah Jazz were the last team in the entire NBA to test positive for COVID-19 this season six days ago. Since then, five players have been incorporated into the NBA’s health and safety protocols: Joe Ingles, Rudy Gobert, Jared Butler, Elijah Hughes and Rudy Gay.
In Salt Lake City they did not take long to move tab with two incorporations: Danuel House Jr. and Norvel Pelle. This Monday, in addition, the franchise announced another signature, that of Denzel Valentine through a ten-day agreement.
Valentine had landed in Cleveland last September after signing a contract for two partially guaranteed seasons. With the Cavaliers he would average just 2.9 points in 9.3 minutes before being traded to the New York Knicks as part of the trade by Rajon Rondo.
Previously, the Lansing had completed his first four seasons in the league with the Chicago Bulls jersey, who selected him 14th in the 2016 draft.
