The New York Knicks reportedly declared outside players Alec Burks, Evan Fournier and Kemba Walker transferable, according to sources close to journalist Brian Windhorst.
The group led by Tom Thibodeau has not finished starting and has starred in a rather irregular first half of the season. Also, there are the problems of his main reference Julius Randle, and the difference in performance between starters and reserves, being especially bloody when Kemba and Fournier share backcourt headline.
Of the three names that Windhorst cites, the one with the best market is Alec Burks, a seasoned veteran of a thousand battles and who, when he starts, is one of the best on the team. For his part, something more complicated will be placing Fournier’s contract, who signed for four years and 78 million dollars, the last season being optional.
