In conjunction with the increase in the number of wounded and injured as a result of the war launched by the Israeli occupation forces on the Gaza Strip, the Strip suffers from the withdrawal of most of its hospitals from service, and a significant decrease in medical personnel.
While the number of wounded and injured has exceeded 63 thousand people in the Gaza Strip, only 3 hospitals are working to serve them, while the medical staff barely constitutes 10% of the number that was present before the war, which poses a threat to the lives of the injured, and makes light and moderate injuries fatal.
