People who haven’t been able to travel to India are missing a lot. Aside from being fascinated by their culture, you can also see many attractions that will make you love India. You have their food, their clothes, the buildings, and the people who wear colorful clothing pieces. But if you want to experience something completely new, you have to visit their national parks. One well-known park is the tiger park where you can see real tigers that you have only seen in movies. You may have already seen tigers at a zoo, but it’s a different experience when you see them from a close distance for the first time. You can rely on famous tiger tours such as Tiger Safari India where they travel with you through the forest where tigers live. It’s a moment that people who are visiting India will never forget. The Beauty of National Parks People who are used to visiting the zoo all the time can never appreciate the animals, especially with wild animals like the tiger where they need to be free. Local zoos usually have a small enclosure, which is not enough legroom for tigers. They need to hunt for food, run around the field so that they will stay fit whenever they’re hunting for prey. The only way for tigers to live a normal life is when they are set out into the wild. It is the reason why national parks have made the initiative to gather tigers who are in danger of getting poached by humans. Once the tigers are caught, they transfer them to the forest in India where it’s large enough for hundreds of tigers to live without the fear of getting killed by any human. Another aspect that makes national parks amazing are their natural habitats. Zoos usually have human-made structures to give visitors a replica of where tigers would mostly live and breed. Whereas with national parks, you have a large lush of natural forests where even small animals live together with the tigers. Some of those small animals might even become the sustenance for tigers, which is how they are supposed to live. If you have never seen a tiger move around a natural forest, you should visit India and check out all of the amazing tiger parks so that you can appreciate tigers even more. All you need with you is a camera and the guts to enter a national park. But no need to fret thinking your life is in danger because you have highly-skilled and experienced staff members who will be with you throughout the entire tiger safari experience. The Do’s and Don’ts in a Tiger Safari Now that you have made up your mind to travel to India and visit the tiger parks, you should already be aware of the several basic and important rules to ensure you don’t upset the local population and the tigers. The first rule in a tiger safari is always to keep your eyes on the tiger. Many visitors and tourists have complained that they never got good photos of the tigers, so they would usually request to go back to a certain spot and take a photo. You will be touring in groups, and there will be others with you who would want to look at more tigers than take photos. It is the main reason why the staff will always ask you to look closely at tigers since it’s visitors are there for. Another good tip for a fun tiger safari experience is to never visit the park at the hottest times of the year, which are from March to June. Most safari parks won’t have enough shade because you will be in an open area. There won’t be enough shade except for the trees, so people should bring with them umbrellas, wear heat-protective clothing such as safari hats and sunglasses, and drink enough liquids during the entire tour. Lastly, tigers should never be cooed over or touched. There is a minimum distance created by the parks that is safe enough for visitors to see without getting harmed. Even the staff isn’t allowed to call or get close to the tigers due to safety reasons. Tigers are excellent predators, which means they can heavily injure or potentially kill any person without hesitation. If they feel they are being threatened, they will not think twice to attack, so make sure you stay silent the whole tour to ensure you do not attract or provoke them in any way. If you love seeing large tigers prancing around the jungle, you would want to check out famous tours such as the Tiger Safaris available in India to get the full, legitimate tiger experience!
