Lebanese Caretaker Prime Minister Hassan Diab asked the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to submit a complaint to the UN Security Council and the United Nations regarding the Israeli army’s kidnapping of a shepherd in Kfarshouba.
The Lebanese Prime Minister said in a statement that its Prime Minister Hassan Diab followed the case of the kidnapping of the Lebanese shepherd, Hassan Qassem Zahra, by the Israeli army from the locality of Bastara – Kafr Shuba.
It indicated that Diab asked Foreign Minister Charbel Wehbe to submit a formal complaint to the UN Security Council and to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, regarding the “new Israeli aggression.”

On the 12th of this month, the Israeli army announced that its members had arrested a Lebanese shepherd, claiming that he had intentionally infiltrated the borders, stressing that the Lebanese “belongs to a group that has been identified as cooperating with Hezbollah.”
