Senegalese Sadio Mane, the Saudi Al-Nasr player, and Cameroonian Andre Fran Anguissa, the Italian Napoli midfielder, lead the list of stars of the third group teams in the African Cup of Nations, which will be hosted by Ivory Coast next year.
Mane will lead the “Tiranga Lions” team in the campaign to defend the title they won in the Cameroon edition in 2021, after defeating Egypt in the final on penalties 4-2. The original and extra time ended in a goalless draw.
As for Anguissa, a former player for Fulham in England, Villarreal in Spain and Marseille in France, he will search with the “Untamed Lions” to improve the third place they occupied in the last edition.
