The stock market now yes? for SMEs

The stock market has a foot in the door towards access to medium and small companies, in a real way.

So this deregulation would help a lot in the face of the recession, interest rate hikes, high inflation affecting the stock market, moving the flow from equities to fixed income.

And while it is true, the challenge for companies will be to take risks in the long term, given that the effect of the rise in interest rates is already discounted in the stock markets, we must not forget that they anticipate the situation that is coming.

The average fall is 15% worldwide, and although it is true in Mexico the fall in the stock markets has been less, it is due to the geopolitical opportunity and the demographics that exist in the national territory.

This explains the appreciation of the exchange rate, which reached levels above 25 pesos per dollar, and which today stands at 19.74 pesos per dollar.

So why are companies like Bachoco, Aeroméxico, Monex and Sanborns seeking to disassociate themselves from the stock market? According to the president of the Mexican Stock Exchange, the fact that companies buy their own shares is because they are cheap or due to restructuring, for the most part.

Although it seems that the issue is circumstantial, a red flag is the international issue facing or not a controversial panel for energy issues that implies greater uncertainty to invest in national territory.
