Last week, fans were stunned when part of the roof of Old Trafford Stadium, the home of Manchester United, appeared to collapse during a match in the Women’s Premier League between Al-Manio and its neighbor Manchester City.
It was not only the 1-3 loss from the arch-neighbor that disappointed the fans of the “red team” Manchester United, but rather a piece of the roof of Old Trafford fell on them.
One fan commented, “The Glazer family’s (the club’s owners) neglect of Old Trafford has become a real health and safety issue.”

The Glazer family has long been criticized for not carrying out comprehensive development and rehabilitation of Old Trafford (the Theater of Dreams), which is the largest stadium for English football clubs, until it became technically and architecturally behind the stadiums of its competitors.
Former Man United player Gary Neville was among the biggest critics of the condition of his former stadium.
The mockery reached an advanced level, as one of the companies mocked the stadium roof in its own way by placing a huge billboard outside the stadium with the phrase “Leaky Roof” written on it, referring to the presence of cracks in the roof of Old Trafford Stadium. The advertisement continued the mockery with the phrase: “There are some things that do not Even (a company that specializes in connecting business owners with merchants) can fix it.”
Checkatrade has placed this Advertisement Board right next to Old Trafford…

Manchester United Stadium and the club’s training headquarters in Carrington suffer from physical defects that the administration is looking to repair and develop, unlike the roof of the historic stadium.
Manchester United is experiencing a state of fluctuation in results, as it lost 9 matches this season, 5 in the English Premier League, 3 in the Champions League, and one in the League Cup, out of 18 matches it played in all tournaments.
