The United Nations confirmed that it is studying the Russian proposal to vaccinate employees with the Russian Corona virus vaccine.
The spokesman for the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Stephane Dujarric, said today, Tuesday: “We are studying this proposal and discussing it with the World Health Organization.”
In his speech to the United Nations General Assembly last September, Russian President Vladimir Putin suggested providing the Russian “Sputnik V” anti-corona virus vaccine to vaccinate United Nations employees.
It is noteworthy that the “Sputnik V” vaccine, developed by the Russian Gamalia Research Center, is the first anti-corona virus vaccine registered in the world.
