Authorities released a note on the cell phone of the shooter in the mass shooting at a Walmart in Chesapeake, Virginia. The attacker titled it as “Death Note”, and included a list with names of his possible victims. Authorities also identified the sixth victim of the mass shooting as Fernando Chavez-Barron, a minor under the age of 16.
