The owner of the Warriors, Joe Lacob, could not hide his enthusiasm and assured that he sees the team in condition to fight again for the ring. “We put all the pieces back together and we had a good offseason where we recruited some young people who have not yet had a chance to play and who really like them,” Lacob said in a few words collected by journalist Chris Haynes. Thus, Lacob added that he expects the Warriors to star in a decade similar to the last, in which they conquered three rings after reaching five NBA Finals.
“Our goal is to be great throughout this decade. We had a great last decade and our goal is to prepare and position ourselves for another great decade, ”concluded the owner.
