Yemeni Foreign Minister Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak discussed the latest developments in Yemen and the Arab region through visual communication technology with the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, Ahmed Aboul Gheit.

For his part, the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States reiterated his “strong condemnation of the terrorist act that targeted Aden International Airport in order to thwart the implementation of the Riyadh Agreement and undermine the work of the new Yemeni government.”
Aboul Gheit affirmed his full support and solidarity for the Yemeni government “in moving forward for the Riyadh Agreement and in a way that achieves security and stability and reaching comprehensive peace in Yemen,” stressing readiness to continue cooperation and support Yemen in the fields of reconstruction and achieving security and stability.
