He considered that despite the signs of a global recession, there is enormous potential in terms of human capital, due to the lack of talent in companies.

“There is tremendous potential, what happens is that the political environment puts more restrictions. We are a little worried in certain countries because if restrictions are placed on our sector, they damage competitiveness, economic development and human capital in the country”, he commented.
