They would vote for an opposition alliance 36.7% in 2024

The PAN member Ricardo Anaya is one of the 15 possible opposition candidates for the Presidency of the Republic in 2024 whom Mexicans know the most (74.2%); the second place is occupied by Luis Donaldo Colosio (43.6%), from MC, and the third is PRI member Beatriz Paredes (42%).

However, according to the national survey that Mitofsky conducted for El Economista last October, if a PAN-PRI-MC-PRD opposition alliance is registered, 18% of the Mexican citizens consulted think that the PRI member Claudia Ruiz Massieu Salinas, whom knows 34.7% of Mexicans (located in eighth place on the list of knowledge of presidential candidates), she should be the candidate for the first magistracy of the country.

Among the interviewees who declared themselves “non-morenistas”, there are more who want the current senator as the standard-bearer of the opposition alliance (41.9%).

Of those consulted, the majority (28.7%) support an alliance between the four main opposition parties in Mexico; Among the “non-morenistas”, 59.7% also support that possibility.

Although if a total opposition alliance materializes, 51.1% of those surveyed say they would vote for whoever is a Morena candidate; 36.7% would do so by the opposition standard-bearer and 12.2% did not answer.
