What most caught the attention of the pioneers of the virtual world in the pictures that spread on social media platforms of Yahya Al-Sinwar’s body was that he was wearing a military jacket and covered with the dust and gunpowder of battle.
He was martyred in the most dangerous place in the Tal al-Sultan neighborhood in Rafah, which was evacuated more than five months ago.
It was not in the tunnels or among the displaced, but in the most honorable battle and in the field above the ground, in an upcoming, unplanned clash.– Bilal Nezar Rayan (@BelalNezar) October 17, 2024
Tweeters said that Al-Sanwar was martyred in the most dangerous place in the Tal Al-Sultan neighborhood in Rafah, which was evacuated more than five months ago. He was not in the tunnels or among the displaced, but rather in the battle and in the field above ground during an upcoming, unplanned clash.
They added that Sinwar was martyred as a combatant, resistance fighter, and not as the Zionist media and some were promoting, that he was deep in the ground surrounded by prisoners and wearing an explosive belt.
He was approaching uncontrollably, drawing his weapon and wearing his military quiver, fighting like any soldier from above the earth
Activists wrote, commenting on the news of Sinwar’s martyrdom, saying, “There is no doubt a great moral loss, but there is no fear for the resistance. Today, it operates closer to separate combat islands and nodes, as it follows initial and field instructions in which the central roles are reduced. It is a major morale blow, but it does not mean Collapse of the resistance, God forbid.
History will immortalize him as one of the heroes of the resistance. Generations will remember him as an icon in the struggle against colonialism. His name will be marked as the man who faced the world alone and fought with his people alone. He faced it with courage and valor and dismounted from his horse so that we may count him as a martyr before God… #Yahya_Al-Sanwar pic.twitter.com/QwUR3sjG3c

Bloggers commented on the news by saying that the martyrdom of the leader #Yahya_Al-Sanwar It is a major event that could change many of the upcoming events on the scene in Palestine.”
They added, “There is no doubt that the martyrdom of Sinwar is painful for the resistance in Palestine, but we should not forget that martyrdom is the demand of all leaders before and after, preceded by Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, Ismail Haniyeh, Al-Rantisi, Yahya Ayyash and others. They departed to their Lord, and the resistance remained stronger and greater.”
The resistance did not end with the departure of:
🔻Sheikh Yassin in 2004
🔻And Abdulaziz Al-Rantisi in the same year
🔻Yahya Ayyash in 2019
🔻Also, the resistance will not end with the departure of the hero Yahya Al-SanwarMay God have mercy on them all#Yahya_Al-Sanwar

Our hearts ache to see our heroes rise, but we believe in God’s will and destiny. These heroes do not die, but rather are immortalized in the memory of the nation. They resist the occupation with their blood and prove that Gaza will not kneel. There is still a long way to go, and the resistance continues.”
Resistance is not about individuals, but rather jihad, sacrifice, and defending the honor of a nation, regardless of who sacrifices a martyr through it#Yahya_Al-Sanwar

Activists pointed out an important point that whoever believes that by assassinating Sinwar, the war will end is delusional… because Israel does not need justifications for killing and extermination. Pride will take them to sin and the criminality of this satanic machine will increase. Unfortunately, we live in an unjust world.”
Imagine that the leader of the largest and most powerful Palestinian military force that shook the entire world… was fighting the Israeli army with his weapons like any other smallest resistance, and just like him, and just as he was armed and equipped with a simple quiver… fighting it in the field and on the first lines on the Salah al-Din “Philadelphia” axis.
Yes, he was martyred. Al-Sanwar was martyred during a clash… pic.twitter.com/5iiHxPRoTp
