A man who shares life tips on TikTok has revealed what he claims is the correct way to wear a travel pillow on road trips and long haul flights.
Although international travel remains a distant prospect for millions of Australians due to the country’s border closure, Sidney Raz’s advice guarantees travellers the utmost comfort when overseas jaunts become the norm again.
In response to a trend on the video-sharing platform asking users to share hacks they wish they had known before turning 30, Mr Raz said the pillows are designed to be worn be wrapped around the throat instead of placed at the back of the head.
He claims wearing the accessory this way will allow you to ‘actually sleep on a flight’.

In the footage, Mr Raz puts the pillow on like a necklace around the front of his neck before resting his head on the cushioned material.
‘I’m so comfy,’ he tells the camera.
The clip, which has been viewed 11.4million times since it was uploaded online on July 8, sparked stunned responses and divided opinion among viewers.
‘My life has been a lie,’ one person replied.

But not everyone was convinced.
‘Why would they put the tags on the back of the neck then?’ one person asked.
