Torrents of water leaked from homes flood the streets of Texas

Videos from Austin, Texas, show torrents of water pouring from apartment buildings as frozen pipes have exploded in the cold weather that hit the area in recent days.

Hundreds of homes were flooded with water after widespread cuts in the water pipelines. Power outages have also been reported across Austin.
