The kid rapist, previously regarded as Mark Walker, is currently being kept at the Group A men’s jail HMP Frankland in County Durham.
Prison chiefs have now made a decision that Walker would pose a danger if moved to a women’s jail, The Sun reports.
Inmates are now claimed to be ‘furious’ for the reason that they are reportedly held in their cells for 45 minutes so Walker can wash and eat by itself.
A source claimed: ‘She has to be taken care of as a girl but can not be moved to a feminine prison due to the fact she poses a hazard.
‘And, as she’s lawfully a woman, she need to be kept aside from male inmates.’
The Prison Service instructed MailOnline: ‘Transgender prisoners do not obtain unique therapy and have access to the same amenities as male prisoners.’
The boy or girl rapist, previously known as Mark Walker, is staying saved at the Classification A men’s prison HMP Frankland in County Durham
