Tribalism, Morena’s nemesis

Known historical divisions of the left and the poison of tribalism in the pot of tamales that resulted after the foundation of Morena, centrifugal forces that have been contained by the personality and charisma of President López Obrador.

It is no longer time for deer attitudes littered by the struggles and the harsh campaign to destroy the credibility of the opposition and decide what to do when the Palace cucks them by proposing candidates for the opposition.

Perhaps if the opposition parties organize forums or meetings with the greatest possible number of candidates and provoke and cucan the Palace, instead of fighting among themselves, they will at least manage to leave the role of scapegoat.

Informal prison, excuse for ineptitude

One fact is that this regime decided to multiply the number of crimes for which judges have to apply informal preventive detention to so many people, because of the inability of the Public Ministry to investigate and gather evidence.

That and no other is the stubbornness of the Federal Executive to maintain informal preventive detention, proof that many cannot or do not want to change their old habits of the old criminal justice system.
