Former President Donald Trump declared on Wednesday night that he’s suing New York State’s Lawyer Basic Letitia James, accusing her of abusing her posture by investigating him.
In a chain of posts on his social-media system, Real truth Social, Trump reported his lawsuit was submitted in the Florida State Circuit Court docket.
The announcement will come soon after James filed a $250 million civil lawsuit towards Trump on September 21, trying to find to permanently ban Trump and his 3 eldest little ones from conducting business enterprise in New York.
