The general closure in Tunisia due to the Corona virus
The Tunisian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 18 deaths and 575 new cases of Coronavirus, in the last 24 hours.
The Ministry stated in its daily report that the total number of deaths due to the virus in the country reached 189,358, while the total number of infections reached 228937.
On February 17, an official in the Tunisian Ministry of Health announced the postponement of the vaccination campaign against the Corona virus until next month, due to the delay in the arrival of doses.
The government had announced earlier that it expected 94 thousand doses of “Pfizer” and “AstraZeneca – Oxford” vaccines to arrive in mid-February.
