The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the Israeli attack on Al-Fakhoura School To the United Nations North Gaza stripWhich resulted in the death and injury of hundreds.
In a statement today, Sunday, the Ministry expressed its condemnation in the strongest terms of Israel’s attack on the school and its killing of dozens of innocent Palestinian children in this bombing, and stressed that this attack carried out by Israel is further evidence that it is directly targeting civilians – especially children – in Gaza deliberately and mercilessly.
She pointed out that the number of women and children who lost their lives at the hands of Israel in Gaza in the past five weeks is a source of shame for humanity, and the international community must no longer turn a blind eye to Israel’s trampling on the law and all human values through these grave crimes it is committing.
The Foreign Ministry added, “Those responsible for these massacres – which have now entered human history as a disgrace – will certainly be held accountable before eliminating this indescribable pain that they caused.”
She stressed the need to immediately declare a permanent and unconditional ceasefire in Gaza, and called on every “conscientious” member of the international community to take the necessary steps in this direction.
Yesterday, Saturday, the Israeli occupation forces committed two massacres targeting displaced people in two schools, one of which was in a school. Al Fakhoora of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Refugees (UNRWA) in the Jabalia camp, and the other in a school in Tal al-Zaatar in the town of Beit Lahia, both in the northern Gaza Strip. The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced the fall of hundreds of martyrs and wounded, most of them children and women.
For the 44th day in a row, Israeli forces continue their intense bombardment of the Gaza Strip, resulting in the death of more than 12,000 and the injury of more than 30,000.
