On Thursday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that two young Palestinians were killed by Israeli army gunfire during their storming of the city of Jenin and its camp, bringing the total number of martyrs in the West Bank to 136 since last October 7.
The Ministry added that 4 people were also injured in Jenin, including a serious injury in the abdomen and a moderate injury in the pelvis. They arrived at Ibn Sina Specialized Hospital.
Al Jazeera’s correspondent reported that the occupation forces surrounded a house in the Jabriyat neighborhood near the Jenin camp, and demanded its evacuation and threatened to blow it up.
The reporter added that resistance fighters clashed with an Israeli special force that infiltrated one of the buildings in the target area after trying to set up ambushes on the outskirts of the Jenin camp.
The occupation forces sent military reinforcements into the city, especially the Al-Hadaf neighborhood and the outskirts of the camp, during which they fired bullets.
Storming Nablus
In Nablus, Israeli occupation forces stormed the apartment of prisoner Khaled Kharousha, located in the Al-Masaken neighborhood, in preparation for blowing it up.
