The International Federation of Football History and Statistics revealed the list of defenders who scored the most goals in 2021, as the list included players who scored 10 goals or more, including two players from the Egyptian Premier League.
Yesterday, Sunday, the International Federation published on its website the names of 8 defenders from different world leagues, who scored the most goals, and there were no defenders from the five major European leagues on the list.
Nigerian right-back Zulkifilo Rabio topped the list, scoring 14 goals during the past year, all of which he scored with his Nigerian club, Plateau United, including 3 goals from penalty kicks.

As for the two defenders who play in the Egyptian league, the Tunisian Ali Maaloul, the left-back in Al-Ahly Club, attended the sixth place, scoring 11 goals, including 8 penalty kicks, whether with the Egyptian team or his country.
Behind him in the list is the Egyptian player Ramy Sabry – the former Enppi defender and the current Farco – in seventh place with 10 goals, including 8 penalty kicks.
