BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — College at Buffalo President Satish Okay. Tripathi introduced an in-person graduation for Class of 2020 will probably be held on October 1.
As a part of Homecoming Weekend there will probably be two ceremonies held for 2020 graduates: one for undergraduates and one other for graduate-degree recipients.
“As we have a good time our college’s one hundred and seventy fifth anniversary, I’m delighted to welcome our 2020 graduates again to campus to acknowledge their important tutorial milestone,” Tripathi stated. “Whereas the COVID-19 pandemic required us to carry our 2020 graduation workouts in a digital format, we’re thrilled to now have this chance to securely honor our 2020 graduates in a fashion befitting their accomplishments — at UB, of their regalia, strolling the stage and sharing on this completely happy event with household, associates and classmates.”
The 2 ceremonies will probably be held inside Alumni Enviornment. The undergraduate ceremony will probably be at 10:00 a.m. and the graduate ceremony will probably be at 2:00 p.m.
Graduates will obtain an invite from their respective college or school with data on the best way to register. Every graduate will probably be given two tickets and extra tickets could also be obtainable primarily based on participation as soon as registration closes. The ceremonies can even be livestreamed.
