Police, fire department and ambulance personnel rushed at dawn today, Saturday, to the Capitol building in the center of the American capital, Washington.
Activists on “Twitter” confirmed that ambulances and firefighting vehicles arrived at the headquarters of the US Congress a short while ago, in addition to a police unit concerned with dismantling explosives, noting that police sirens were heard in the city center.

Activists on “Twitter” circulated another video clip documenting ambulance movements in central Washington.
Live broadcasts from the Congress house show the cars have left the scene.
Some of the “Twitter” pioneers explained that the accident occurred after reports of smoke spreading from the Capitol Visitor Center, and it was found that the cause of the problem is due to a kettle apparatus and there is no risk of fire.
DC Fire just left the Capitol, where they were responding to smoke from the Capitol Visitor Center. Fortunately, it was just the boiler, and there is no threat of fire.

This comes against the backdrop of increasing tensions in the capital ahead of the inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden, especially after the Capitol was stormed on January 6 by hundreds of supporters of the incumbent President Donald Trump.
