Village of Bell Close unveils penis-headed statue of Putin as ‘Bellend of the Year’

An aptly-named village in Worcestershire manufactured their inner thoughts about Vladimir Putin extremely obvious nowadays, awarding him the title ‘Bellend of the Year’.
