VVIP Ventures to acquire the National Enquirer, Countrywide Examiner and World from a360 Media in all-cash offer

and Icon Publishing LLC, has agreed to receive the Countrywide Enquirer U.S. and U.K. editions, the Nationwide Examiner and World from publisher a360 Media LLC in an all-income offer. Conditions ended up not disclosed, but VVIP Ventures has the correct to a 90-day interval to examine other company offer with a360 Media. Vinco Ventures expects to create new monetization possibilities for the news portfolio by means of AdRizer, a publisher and analytics company that it acquired in February of 2022. Vinco will also aggressively pursue Tv, movie and podcast licensing partnerships to leverage the Enquirer’s archive, investigative journalism and breaking news.
