Tunisian Prime Minister Hicham El Mechichi warned of the seriousness of the economic situation in the country, and the collapse of the ceiling on everyone.
During the first meetings of the House of Wisdom in Carthage, Al-Meshishi called on the politicians, authority and opposition, to provide a political climate that would facilitate the take-off process through major economic reforms.
Al-Mashishi warned that the continued blockage of political and economic horizons “may result in the ceiling collapsing for everyone.”
Commenting on the relationship of the prime minister with the presidency, he said, “They are concerned with citizens’ benefits.”
He emphasized the seriousness of the economic situation and the necessity to devote themselves to economic reforms.
He stressed the need for the political climate to contribute to restarting the economic take-off away from political conflicts and conflicts.
He added that the House of Wisdom meetings presented a new proposal for economic reconciliation and the necessity to break with the prosecution of businessmen in cases for several years.
