Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry amazed golf fans when he hit a fantastic shot ahead of the ‘The Match,’ which will take place on June 29.
The event will feature players from both the NFL and NBA including Curry and Klay Thompson of the 2021-22 champion Golden State Warriors, and Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce of the Super Bowl LVII-winning Kansas City Chiefs.
It will be the second appearance in The Match for both Mahomes and Curry. Mahomes and Josh Allen lost last summer against Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady, while Curry and Peyton Manning lost to Phil Mickelson and Charles Barkley in 2020.
Curry – who has become known as a skilled golfer when not focused on basketball – hit a shot from a long distance away from the hole, that landed just past the pin before rolling down the green and into the heart of the cup.
Some fans were so impressed by the shot that they went as far as to dub Curry ‘the greatest shooter in all sports.’
