Brazilian amateur, Ricardino Das, achieved a new record in playing freestyle football (dribbling the ball without it falling to the ground), in Al-Hikma Square in the Katara Cultural District in Doha, as part of the activities accompanying the Asian Football Cup currently being held in Qatar.
The official account of the “Katara Cultural Village” on the Instagram platform documented the achievement, saying that the Brazilian broke the record during 49 continuous hours of playing freestyle football.
The Qatari Al Kass channel, which broadcast the event, reported that Ricardinho Das succeeded in playing freestyle football for 49 hours and 3 minutes, breaking his previous record, which was 48 hours.

Das posted a video clip on his Instagram account, showing him during the last minutes before breaking the record, amid the applause of the audience who followed the event with great passion, and no official statement has been issued yet about achieving the record.
The Brazilian had fainted after he finished playing with the ball, and he had to be treated, according to what the Qatari journalist, Khaled Jassim, published through his account on the X platform.
