Western Australia will FINALLY pull down its hard border to Victoria and Queensland in the coming days – but NSW misses out once again
Western Australia has eased it’s hard border policy with Victoria and Queensland, transitioning the states from a ‘low risk’ to a ‘very low risk’ classification.
The border changes for Queensland will change at 12.01am on February 1 and on February 5 for Victoria.
Travellers from both states are allowed into Western Australia after completing a G2G pass declaration and will have their temperatures checked upon arrival.
A COVID-19 test will also be administered to travellers if deemed necessary.
The rules have no changed for New South Wales residents, who will still have to be tested for Covid-19 and spend 14 days in hotel quarantine upon arriving in WA.
