(Trends Wide) — During his speech to present the new strategy against covid-19, President Biden appealed to Americans who have not yet been vaccinated, urging them to “do the right thing” and get vaccinated.
“My message to unvaccinated Americans is this: What else to look forward to? What else do you need to see? We have made vaccines free, safe and convenient,” he said in remarks at the White House.
Biden noted that the COVID-19 vaccine received full FDA approval and is proven to be safe.
“More than 200 million Americans have taken at least one dose. We have been patient, but our patience is wearing thin. … Please do the right thing,” Biden said.
“Listen to the voices of unvaccinated Americans lying in hospital beds, taking their last breath, saying ‘if only I had been vaccinated. If only.” It’s a tragedy. Please don’t let it become yours, “the president told the Americans.
