An episode (25/1/2022) of the “Reflections” program shed light on the use of the plural by the Arabs in the Arabic language for the days of the week, as well as the wisdom of the Caliph in dealing with the claimant of prophethood.
And the Arabs said in the plural of the days of the week, Sunday: the first days in the past, and its plural is Ones, Ones and Ones. Monday: during and two. Tuesdays: Tuesdays and Tuesdays. Wednesday: Wednesdays, fours, and fours. Thursday: Thursdays, Thursdays and Thursdays. Friday: collection, collections and collections. Saturday: Saturdays, Saturdays, Saturdays, and Saturdays.
Ibn Faris said in Kitab Al-Ifrad about some Qur’anic expressions: Every “marriage” in it is married except: “even if they reach the age of marriage,” which is the dream. And every “news” contains news except: “The news was blinded to them,” which are the arguments. And every “rose” has an entry except: “And when the water of Madyan came,” meaning he attacked him and did not enter it.
Al-Harawi said in the chapter on what you have inserted as distraction from describing the masculine: She says: A man is a narrator of poetry if he seeks it and memorizes it, so they added distraction to exaggerate the description. A man of the mark: i.e. very knowledgeable, or a lot of knowledge. Nasaba: He is the one who knows the lineage, which is the knowledge of the names of the fathers and grandfathers. And a man of mirth: that is, a lot of rapture and intense. Tarab: A lightness that afflicts a person due to the intensity of joy and sadness. And a single man: If he is celibate with his camels in grazing, that is, he keeps them away due to his pride and ability. And a man of a bar: that is, he is wrong in his words, and he does not come up with what is right in him.
prophecy claimant
In the “Anecdotes of the Ancients” segment, the “Reflections” episode presented the story of a man who prophesied and claimed that he was Musa bin Imran. He informed the Caliph, who brought him and said to him: Who are you? He said: I am Musa bin Imran al-Kalim. He said: This is your stick that has become a snake! He said yes. He said: Throw it from your hand and command it to become a snake, as Moses did. He said: Say, “I am your Lord, the Most High,” as Pharaoh said, until my stick becomes a serpent, as Moses did.
The Caliph laughed at him and asked him for it. The table was brought, and it was said to him: Did you eat anything? He said: What a good mind! If I had something to eat, what would I do for you? The Caliph was impressed and was better for him.
