The new digital channels will speed up the purchase of insurance, but not only that, they also help people get closer to them, and get to know them better.

“We are guaranteeing that there is someone who accompanies people in how to complete the sale, whether it is an agent, through a Call Center or that they attend an office. In other words, start the digital process, but if the time comes when you need help, ask for it”, emphasized Mónica López.
