What is Kabosu Token?
It is a community-driven charity token that rewards holders with a 5% redistribution of tokens and auto-locks 5% of every transaction in the liquidity pool.
Kabosu (Japanese: かぼす) is the name of a female Shiba Inu, and she was the original face of the popular online meme photo, Doge. Her influence has been far-reaching, resulting in her subsequent inclusion in the branding of ‘meme coin’ cryptocurrency projects like Dogecoin and Shiba Inu coin.
The dog was born on the 2nd November 2005 in a Japanese pedigree puppy mill. However, after the mill was shut down, Kabosu was left stranded in an animal shelter. Then, Atsuko Sato rescued the renowned mutt in 2008, giving her the name Kabosu by virtue of her round face, which was reminiscent of a plump fruit of the same name.
The overarching aim of the Kabosu platform and the KABOSU native token that powers it is to prevent dogs of all breeds from being abandoned. Regular donations will be made to community-chosen dog charities, and this charitable initiative has already attracted many canine-loving crypto investors to the asset.
Should I buy KABOSU crypto?
If you have an affinity for dogs, or if you merely feel the coin will rise in price thanks to its charitable credentials, buying now ahead of future price accretion could be a smart move.
However, the fundamental value of the KABOSU token is questionable, and the volatility that is typically associated with meme coins and cryptocurrencies in general may be far from ideal for some investors.
If you are looking for a high-risk, high-reward investment opportunity, KABOSU could have a lot to offer. However, if stability and predictability is something you want to prioritise, you may be better off looking elsewhere.
Will Kabosu coin make me rich?
This is unlikely but not impossible given the incredible success stories we have seen in crypto this year alone.
