The American magazine “Forbes” prepared a classification of the companies in Russia that achieved the highest rental income from commercial real estate, describing these companies as “Russian real estate owners”.
The “Kievskaya Ploshad” company, which is owned by businessmen Goda Nissanov and Zarakh Ilyev, ranked first. According to a Forbes report, the company achieved in 2020 rental profits that exceeded $ 1.2 billion, and from the commercial spaces that the company rents out shops in “Food City” , Which is a huge commercial center for the sale of foodstuffs and vegetables wholesale and retail. In second place came the “Tashir” group, which is owned by businessman Samville Carapitiana, and the group achieved a rental profit of $ 585 million. The group owns the “Rio” shopping center on the outskirts of Moscow, the multifunction complex “Kvartal”, and the “Novotel Moscow City” hotel.
The “Safmar” company ranked third, and the company is owned by businessmen Mikhail and Sait Sallam Gutseriev, and the group’s income from the rental of commercial real estate amounted to $ 460 million.
