Sarah Hyland reacts to Cynthia Erivo hosting the 2025 Tony Awards
Sarah Hyland, currently on Broadway in “The Great Gatsby,” was told by USA TODAY’s Ralphie Aversa that Cynthia Erivo is hosting the Tonys this year.
In the most intense episode of the third season of “Traitors” yet, the two remaining traitors went after each other but only one prevailed.
With only a few episodes of “The Traitors” Season 3 left, a final showdown between “Survivor” finalist Carolyn Wiger and “Big Brother” finalist Danielle Reyes was only a matter of time.
Tensions only sharpened when host Alan Cummings gave the two traitors the option to “murder” another faithful or recruit one to join them. Carolyn has repeatedly expressed no interest in trusting Danielle after she started a lie about Carolyn to fellow “Big Brother” player Britney Haynes.
Danielle begged Carolyn in the turret to agree on recruiting Britney but she refused, afraid the two would team up against her. Instead the two proceeded to murder another faithful and wait for the roundtable to defeat each other once and for all. Meanwhile, the faithfuls correctly assumed that the final traitors were women after the banishments of Boston Rob and Bob The Drag Queen.
In a fun treat for the cast, former “Traitors” alum Parvati Shallow and Kate Chastain made a surprise appearance during a chess-themed mission, donning stunning black and white dresses.
Here’s who was “murdered,” banished and who was later recruited to be a traitor in this week’s episode.
Who was ‘murdered’ by the traitors?
Actor and model Sam Asghari was the next faithful to be murdered.
The ex-husband of pop star Britney Spears had recently become a threat to Danielle and Carolyn so the traitors took no chances.
Who was banished by the faithfuls?
Following a near perfect run as a traitor, Carolyn Wiger was banished at the roundtable. Her attempts to banish Danielle and her emotional breakdown about feeling judged throughout her life were not enough to sway the group.
Ultimately, the faithfuls found Danielle’s argument more compelling and banished the “Survivor” star with four votes. Only Carolyn and Gabby Windey voted for Danielle, while Tom Sandoval and Dolores Catania voted for each other again.
Who was recruited to be a traitor?
With only two episodes left, faithful Britney Haynes has been recruited as the latest traitor.
Following Carolyn’s banishment, Danielle finally had all the power to recruit her “Big Brother” ally and will also have the option to murder another faithful.
How many players are left?
There are seven players left in “The Traitors” Season 3 including the following:
- Traitor: Danielle Reyes (“Big Brother”)
- Traitor: Britney Haynes (“Big Brother”)
- Faithful: Dolores Catania (“The Real Housewives of New Jersey”)
- Faithful: Dylan Efron (“Down to Earth With Zac Efron”)
