The Canadian catwalk star, who has the skin condition vitiligo, added a coordinated cropped blazer over the number as she posed for photos outside the hotel.
She added inches to her frame in a pair of chunky gold metallic sandals and accessorised with a pair of silver drop earrings.
Winnie applied a flawless palette of makeup for the evening including a glamorous glittering eye shadow and perfect winged eye liner.

The runway star flashed her gorgeous smile as she climbed out the back of her car for the party to celebrate the launch of the new Aston Martin DB12.
Earlier in the evening the beauty attended the premiere of La Passion De Dodin Bouffant at the Palais des Festivals conventon centre for the Cannes Film Festival.
The French film, known as The Pot-au-Feu in English, is a romantic drama set in 1885 that depicts a romance between a cook (Juliette Binoche) and the gourmet chef she works for (Benoit Magimel).
The model commanded attention in a figure-hugging black dress which featured a flowing dark green train that wrapped around her neck.
She added height to her frame with a pair of black heels and styled her locks into a sleek updo for the star-studded premiere.
It comes after Winnie posed for a stunning nude photoshoot for the latest issue of Women’s Health UK.
The America’s Next Top Model star showcased her gym-honed physique in the photoshoot and detailed how she maintains her supermodel body.
Winnie detailed her fitness regime, citing squats and Russian twists as two of her favourite exercises.

She said: ‘I feel most capable when I’m going to the gym consistently…Lots of squats, pliés and TRX. My favourite [move] is Russian twists with a [medicine] ball.’
Winnie also revealed how she faced plenty of rejection in the early days of her career.
She said: ‘My younger self always believed in the power of faith, strength and perseverance, while learning vulnerability and being authentically myself. I got a lot of ‘no’s along the way, but I just pushed through.’
Winnie, real name is Chantelle Brown-Young, also discussed where her stage name came from.

She said: ‘Back then, everyone had a nickname. If your name was Chanel, you’d be, like, Chan-Chan Monroe, or whatever. Bubblez with a Z, all that type of stuff.
‘I loved Winnie The Pooh when I was growing up and I was also obsessed with Marilyn Monroe, and her inspiration was Jean Harlow.’
Adding on the empowerment this gives, she shared: ‘It’s beautiful that I can help inspire confidence in people, no matter what walk of life they are from’.
While the continued that it took her ‘time’ to accept her body as it is whilst growing up and learning to love her condition.
In 2016, Winnie made history when she became the first model with vitiligo to walk in the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
Since then, she has dominated the catwalk for a number of fashion houses while gracing glossy magazine covers.
