Zac Efron relocated to Australia in March to escape the Covid-19 pandemic, and it looks like he isn’t going home any time soon.
In yet another telling sign the Hollywood heart-throb is here to stay, he recently put his Los Angeles property on the market for $7.8million.
As reported by 9Honey, the High School Musical star, 33, first purchased the four-bedroom house seven years ago for $5.8million.

Located in the foothills above Hollywood, the 520 square-metre property boasts a tree-framed view of the downtown skyline.
The two-storey home has four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, in addition to a separate one-bedroom guesthouse under the carport.
The guesthouse is currently decked out as a gym, complete with a sauna box to relax after those strenuous workouts.

For those who love cooking, the house includes a gourmet kitchen that leads to a spacious family room where Zac has set up a vintage pinball machine.

As his LA bachelor pad goes up for sale, Zac is on the other side of the world filming Stan Original movie Gold in the South Australian outback.
The Baywatch star, who is dating Byron Bay waitress Vanessa Valladares, also has another local project in the pipeline: an animation produced by his longtime friend and radio host Kyle Sandilands.
Kyle, 49, revealed the news on the Mediaweek podcast earlier this month.

He explained that his company, King Kyle Group, had gone into business with an organisation that provides live pets for children’s entertainment.
They are now producing a promotional cartoon based on the animals.
‘Zac Efron is going to be one of the voices, Dannii Minogue will be one of the voices, I’ll do one of the voices,’ said Kyle, who has known Zac for years and attended his birthday party in Byron Bay in October.
‘I’ve got my music guys working on all the kids’ songs, the live shows, merchandise, toys, the cartoons. So there’s a lot going on.’
